DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Dayton - Miamisburg

Very impressed with the customer service!! I stayed here for 4 nights, and the ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is bc of the issues with my initial room. The first room was just not what I’d expect from this hotel. Things happen, we’re all human, but there were a few issues. However, I’ve seen them all work SO hard the last week I’ve been here. They switched my room, no issue! Naturally with any business like this, there are things that are missed. Human error is a thing, just have some grace!! The bartender, Sam, was an absolute joy!! She is so sweet, attentive and is striving to give you the BEST experience every single night. If it wasn’t for her making my work week so enjoyable, I wouldn’t even leave a review. I strongly encourage you to visit this hotel, and Sam at the bar for any drinks and food, (both are amazing!) Even if it’s wrong the first time, they WILL make it right for you. :)

For a mid level hotel, this Doubletree is excellent. The rooms are nice for this price point, the area in which the hotel is located is safe, clean and convenient. The beds are comfortable and the room I had was very clean. Well done, housekeeping!

Typical DoubleTree. Clean, efficient room. Nice little bar area. Breakfast was not good(skip it and eat somewhere else newrby).

Surprisingly betrer than some of the negative reviews I encountered. The good: 1. While the facility is older, it is relatively good shape 2. Comfortable, above average bedding 3. Larger hotel feel creates a more relaxed feeling. Workout room and pool in good shape The bad: 1. Service is a little below average, needing more experience with tenured travellers 2. Weakest part of hotel: breakfast offering. The buffet was both poor in quality and lacked attention to items that needed to be refilled. Suggest avoiding the kitchen all together 3. State of of affairs around front desk: suggest facility ownership step in and direct a reorganization of everthing...literally the visible area around the front desk appears to be more of a closet for office and hotel supplies. All that said, it is a good location and a Hilton concept that simply needs a little more attention. Good value to note!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Good breakfast buffet, nice rooms and wonderful staff. Our suite could have had a little more light, is my only caveat.

Looks like they were in the middle of renovations which is fine. My room was nice and had been renovated. It was clean. Pretty nice room for the money. Only complaint is the hallway reeked of marijuana but there really isn’t much you can do about that these days.

We are looking forward to the rooms being renovated. We had some issues with our room, but the staff was quick to fix all the issues. Very accommodating, Sonali and GM were helpful when we needed help. Hopefully when room renovations are done the inside area around pool will be painted. Minor things need to be done around property but all in all the people made it better.

Beautiful Suite to stay at while traveling. They are currently in the process of a complete remodeling of inside and outside of this Suite. I've stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms on the 3rd floor and it is absolutely gorgeous inside. I really love the big beautiful walk in showers. Highly recommend. Very quiet and friendly staff. They also have a bar, gym, and a place to eat. The decor is so beautiful. I think the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The only thing I didn't like so much was the fact that they Don't really have a breakfast bar. They didn't have anything available whenever I was there. Not even coffee. Other than that absolutely wonderful Suite.
